You may be thinking, “Why should I set a goal that is simply unattainable?” When you set a goal that is impossible to achieve, you have to expand your horizons, think, and increase your motivation. You may think that you cannot get to the point of checking these goals. But you may not know the little things that can help you achieve your goals. For example, you want to complete a big project with your team by the end of 2022. It may seem out of reach now, but as your team continues to help you with the task at hand, you may be closer than you think. So what are some other reasons for setting these goals?

Unless you win the lottery, nothing will happen at the flick of a switch. By setting these small goals, it will help you feel less discouraged because with each small goal you know you are getting closer to the finish line.
